Decades ago, soda men would deliver them to houses every week, swapping empty bottles for full ones. Now there is a disposable version.
But they remain a staple on every family table: mixed with wine 🍷, juice🧃or simply enjoyed on their own.

We chose the feminine form, Gauchas, because here the stars are las empanadas 🥟💃 proudly carrying that same spirit of authenticity and heritage into every bite.
